Refund and Returns Policy

Cosmepharm.ca does not accept the return or exchange of opened merchandise.

We will exchange or refund any unopened, undamaged, or unused product. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging intact, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Cosmépharm within 24 hours of delivery. We will not issue refunds or provide replacements for products outside of this time frame.
