All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and inform you when we can deliver it or refund the full amount of your order, depending on the original method of payment.
The items offered on our online store can be delivered anywhere in Canada and the United States (with additional charges).
For all overseas orders, please contact us by email.
Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
International orders can take up to forty-five (45) days to ship. Please allow for delays in order processing during holiday periods or special events.
Delivery dates may vary depending on factors such as carrier delivery practices, delivery location, delivery method and items ordered.
We ship with Canada Post for local and international orders.
For Canada, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be applied to all orders under $150. All orders over $150 (before taxes and shipping) will receive standard shipping at no charge.
For international deliveries, standard charges will apply.
To request a higher delivery method, please contact us for the associated fees.
You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
